Meester out 8-10 weeks
Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio originally thought center Brad Meester rolled his right ankle during Monday's night workout at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium.
As it turns out, the injury was worse. Meester has a cracked bone in his right ankle. The prognosis is eight-to-10 weeks after surgery, according to team officials. Dennis Norman will start in his place.
Meester's injury evokes memories of last season, when the Jaguars finished the year with 15 players on the injured reserve.

Michael,
I don't know if this is intentional, but on the main jaguars.jacksonville.com page... the links to your blog entries don't actually link to your blog entries. They appear to be the raw RSS feed. You can only get to the blog by clicking on your pictures.
Sam,
I'll tell the tech guys about the problem. Thanks for the heads up.
